A 90 square meter authentic stone house, located at the heart of the Mediterranean village of Torreilles, and only 15 mn away from Perpignan, 5mn from the sea and close to Spain. Calm neighborhood close to all amenities.

Ground floor with a fully fitted kitchen, office area, comfortable sofa bed (2 persons), sitting room with TV opening onto a charming garden
First floor upstairs bedroom (with double bed) and shower room with toilet, giving onto a private sunny terrasse
Second floor, extra bedroom (with double bed and simple bed) and shower room with toilet

The rooms give onto a private garden, which has a barbecue and confortable garden chairs, where you can enjoy your family and friends.

Marie-Gil et son époux sont très sympathiques et chaleureux. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La maison rouge est bien située et fonctionnelle. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour. Je recommande.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Südfrankreich
Wir haben zwei Wochen in Torreilles genossen Das Haus liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig im Zentrum des Ortes. Bei der Ankunft war das Haus top sauber und ungewöhnlich gut ausgestattet, z.B. mit Handseife, Taschentüchern, reichlich gutem Toilettenpapier, Gewürzen u.s.w. In der Küche befand sich ausreichend Geschirr, unsere Mahlzeiten haben immer auf der Terrasse eingenommen. Von Torreilles aus erreicht man rasch zahlreiche Ausflugsziele und den Strand. Vielen Dank an die freundlichen, hilfsbereiten aber nie aufdringlichen Vermieter!

Notre séjour dans la Maison Rouge s’est très bien passé, les hôtes nous ont super bien accueillis. Nous en gardons un très bon souvenir et nous reviendrons.

Logement à tous points de vue conforme à nos attentes. Au calme, propre et bien aménagé. Dans un village plein de charme et à proximité de plusieurs sites remarquables. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Nous recommandons !

Location bien située et confortable
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison rouge. Cette location est très bien située au cœur de Torreilles (petits commerces et restaurants sur place) tout en étant très calme et loin de l’agitation touristique. Torreilles est une très jolie petite ville proche d’un tas de sites touristiques intéressants et d’activités diverses. La plage se situe à 5 minutes en voiture et est vraiment propre et la nature y est préservée, ce qui correspond parfaitement à ce que nous recherchons lors de nos vacances. La maison est bien équipée et confortable, sans parler des propriétaires (maison voisine) qui sont très accueillants, prévenants et à l’écoute. Bref, nous gardons un très bon souvenir de nos vacances et nous recommandons +++ cette location. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir vous voir si nous revenons dans la région, cordialement, David et Claire Despujols.
