"This apartment was perfect in every way. Caridad welcomed us with wine, fruit and morning snacks. She included extra sets of sheets and very thick bath towels. She was easily available and was an exceptional hostess! The apartment had everything we needed including a spacious balcony. It was located 1 block from the beach and there are lots of restaurants and several grocery stores nearby. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Caridad!"

"Booking process and communication with the owner was very easy. The apartment is in a great location, at the quieter end of Torre del Mar in the location of the old sugar factory. That area has been turned into a well designed redevelopment of apartment blocks and park land. Great selection of restaurants / bars / supermarkets and the long beach all within a 10 minute walk. "All the other reviews are accurate. Really good to have some basic food supplies, washing detergent, dish washer tabs and cloths. We had a great view of the working light house, an entertaining roundabout and paddle tennis. Very quiet at night. Parking pretty easy in April in the white zones. You have to pay the warden for the blue zones. Nice and warm in April, you get the morning sunrise but not the setting sun. Very pleased with our stay."
