Lots of space, pool house downstairs such a bonus for relaxing, toys and games plus pool toys and AMAZING views of Mt Etna in the mornings. "We enjoyed our stay at Zash. It's an excellent hotel. The restaurant has great dinner offerings and an amazing breakfast. The service was next level. Two things that were not problems for us but something you should generally be aware of is that the hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere. If you dont have a car, it might make things challenging. There is also a train right next to the property. It never really bothered us, but its there...and you will hear it. "

"Wonderful communication as soon as we booked and a warm welcome upon arrival. Claudio explained the grounds to us and even insisted to bring our bags to second level where our room was. room itself had small refrigerator for drinks, effective air conditioning and a welcome bottle of water. there is a cute table and chairs outside to enjoy the wonderful view of etna, pool, etc. every apartment also has a convenient drying rack which is smart. do yourself a favour and eat at the restaurant. authentic italian food with fixed menu. you will be so full. they also substituted the gluten free pasta for my intolerance.too bad it was only one night.. will be back!!"

"Amazing experience at Puleera. Such a unique location with views of the Mt. Etna and the Ionian Sea. The staff was friendly and caring, it really felt like they knew us just after our first day. Food was delicious and clearly sourced from local ingredients. I recommend asking about the excursions like Mt. Etna hikes and horseback riding!"
