"Absolutely adore this spot! Staff were great - except for one waitress in the restaurant who decided our child shouldn’t eat tiramisu and so she told us it was sold out. Was pretty judgemental. Everyone else was fantastic and would highly recommend this place to anyone!"

The accommodation is sited uphill from the main establishment (500m above sea level) and has in front of it a lap pool ranging from ankle-deep to 2m, there is a ramp enabling less able clients to access the pool easily. "Plenty of space for parking car / motorcycle. Room large and clean . Tea/coffee in room . Restaurant does not open in the evening. Young gentleman on reception was helpful . Burger bar a few doors away was very nice , staff were friendly. Breakfast was not great Carpets throughout were very dirty . "

"My family and I loved strolling the property admiring all of the various trees and plants while enjoying the views of the sea and Mt Etna. The owner even makes his own marmalade with fruit grown on the property that was served to us for breakfast. Property is quiet and was the perfect distance for our meeting with our Mt Etna tour company. Also enjoyed going to nearby Riposte that was a short drive away. Only issue was not being able to connect to WiFi but hey, that's not why you visit Italy."

"We had a family room (4 persons) packed with beds so hardly room to move around between the beds. No facilities like a water cooker or coffee machine, neither a table and chairs in the room. WiFi/internet is pretty slow. The public room with fridge, coffee machine etc was messy, bins were full and we were only allowed to make use of the fridge. The host is very precise (check-in took 30 minutes) but foremost very present like a police officer whole day offering not fresh fruit, locking the door...

The rooms are clean and relatively spacious, the breakfast is wonderful, the owner is absolutely phenomenal (he even assisted me with gassing up my car before we left!), and the pool is absolutely magnificent…I’ve never seen a nicer pool outside of a resort!"
