The Trelawney hotel was 10 mins from train station and 10 mins to the sea front , plenty of shops near by . Hotel was very homely , I like the fact we could sit in the front room to have a drink /chat in the evening , even had a honesty bar, rooms are well equipped with everything you need , very clean and comfortable , breakfast was cooked to order . Lovey stay , I will be back 😊

Great hotel in central Torquay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and it seemed every effort had been made to meet guests needs. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

3 night stay. Lovely hotel in a perfect location, just a short walk to the sea front. The Hotel was spotlessly clean with all amenities catered for. The cooked breakfast was also very good and freshly prepared. Other options were also available. Would 100% recommend Trelawney and would happily return.

A weekend break booked at last minute in a quiet room at the rear of the property. Clean accommodation, comfortable bed, perfect for what we needed, only one thing to mention was the smell of smoking in communal areas which was a bit off putting

The owners are absolutely lovely and incredibly inviting, always ready with helpful advice about the area. There is daily housekeeping which was good. The rooms were cosy and comfortable. The location is fantastic, with free parking available on nearby roads and just a short walk to into town.

Lovely hosts Liz and Paul. Room 7 was beautiful and clean. Well located for town centre 10 minute stroll. Great breakfast. Only 2 on site parking spot's but plenty on street close by.

Very nice guest house at reasonable prices

Liz and Paul were very friendly and took all our requests and answered them quickly. Breakfast was out of this world. Room was very clean and plenty of sockets for all your things that needed charging, it was also very spacious. Liz was always there to answer any questions and Paul was always around but not seen very much as he was probably chained to the range dealing with all the breakfasts, but very pleasant when you did see him :-). We will definitely be returning. Many thanks for pleasant stay Liz and Paul.

Well from start to finish this week has been amazing You may not be able to park out side but got parked no problem close by On appearance it’s the best in the street well maintained Very clean definitely cannot fault Fan, small fridge , tea , coffee water and biscuits Daily room clean Breakfast is 5 star nothing too much trouble Location is close to all amenities WiFi no issues Nothing too much trouble for this very hard working couple who definitely work as a team We never go to the same place twice as love travelling however we will be visiting again Price is reasonable

It was a nice hotel well organised and very helpful, my only concern was the room I stayed in Room 14 Top floor is that my shower was very weak and the flow wasn’t a power shower which would have completed a fantastic stay . Kind Regards
