  • Amazing views of the golf course,ocean and beyond, with 3 separate decks. Owner's Golf Membership allows house guests to play at The Sands Golf Course. 50m walk to clubhouse.

    Nothing has been spared to achieve the ultimate in 3 level Surf Coast Living.

    King master bedroom with luxurious ensuite and large walk-in robe. 4 bedrooms have king size beds ( 3 can each be split into a pair of singles) and 5th bedroom has a bunk bed (double on bottom, single bed on top). Chefs kitchen with European appliances and Caesar Stone bench tops. Living room furnished to an exceptional standard complete with flat panel LED TV, Blu-Ray DVD

    Other features include 3rd floor rumpus room with amazing views, another flat panel LED TV, surround sound and home theatre. Foxtel is a standard package plus sports! There is hydronic heating through the house along with a beautiful fireplace are sure to keep you wonderfully warm in winter and air conditioned for staying cool in summer! Outdoor shower (hot and cold water) with landscaped gardens, fully fenced. Double lock-up garage (internal access)

Amazing property with room for everyone

Our stay was with two families (adult children) and we were thrilled with the spacious bedrooms and living areas. Everything was so roomy. The house is in a lovely quiet spot on the golf course and we were able to use the course.Julie was very responsive and helpful.We had a wonderful stay over Easter.

The photos in the advertising for this property did not do it justice. We were in awe on arrival!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Location was fantastic and the ease of the check in/out procedure was amazing. The only small thing was not having some of the household needs during the stay, such as toilet paper, dish cloths and dishwashing tablets. But very easily fixed and not something that impacted our lovely weekend. We will be back!

Amazing home

The house far exceeded our expectations, the pictures do not do this place justice! About 15 mins walk to the beach, and in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy check in, and great communication. Only suggestion is to put blinds on the windows, as it feels a bit like a fishbowl at nighttime with the lights on.

Extended Family Get Away- Australia Day 2020

We all had a fabulous time. There were 3 generations of the one family staying for the Australia Day weekend. The property was very spacious and comfortable for us all. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves to the max. Thanks
