Highlights of this seaside home include its epic location, sunny indoor-outdoor living spaces, and a charming, pet friendly backyard ideal for the whole family.

Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking, and walking the boardwalks and pathways.  
Plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, only 1km to dining and drinking venues (eg Torquay Bowls club, Bombora's Bar), and many restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.  
Adventure Park is a great day out with the kids - just 45mins drive away.

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to Fisherman's Beach, Taylor Park, playgrounds, Torquay's main street shops, and Surf City Plaza.
