Stairs to entrance. All on the Lower Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: 55" Freeview TV, Netflix, Bluetooth Speaker, French Doors Leading To Garden Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Induction Hob, Fridge, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Washer Dryer Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, French Doors Leading To Garden Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet Bedroom 2: Zip And Link Double Bed (2 x Singles On Request) Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Lawned garden with patio (shared with other apartments on-site). On road parking; additional parking on public car park. If waking up to beautiful views over the marina sounds like your perfect morning, then this superbly furnished apartment could be the ideal base for your relaxing retreat. All the doors throughout the apartment are white with porthole windows! For those keen cooks amongst you, you will be able to show off your skills in the well-equipped kitchen while the others enjoy a glass of something at the breakfast bar. After a delicious meal you can relax with the latest film on Netflix in the living area, which leads out on to the private terrace and the communal garden. The apartment has two comfortable double bedrooms (one with zip and link beds), both offering breathtaking views over the Torbay coastline, one of which has an en suite bathroom and French doors opening to the second private terrace. Outside you can take a stroll around the communal garden which leads to the cliff walk and Torquay seafront below with its marina, restaurants, bars and beaches. The apartment is ideally located in central Torquay, so you will find yourself within walking distance from both the beach and a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. For those of you who wish to explore more of this popular area, you can leave the car at home and walk from the apartment to the ferry boats in the marina which offer day trips to Dartmouth and Brixham. Sehr bequemes Doppelbett mit direkter Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön maritim gestaltet und doch sehr praktisch, Ausgänge zu beiden Seiten des Hauses, direkter Zugand durch den Garten zur Marina. Wir haben dort ein paar sehr schöne erholsame Tage erlebt. ##### Hennig F. The common areas of the apartment are in need of some care and attention but the apartment itself is lovely. Very nicely decorated, very stylish with lovely furniture. Its very light and airy and the views are to die for. Lovely south facing terrace with sun all day long. Jason who did the meet and great was really friendly and gave us some good tips. Torquay itself is a little tacky but is a good base to explore the area. We did not use the car for the whole week but instead used buses, trains and boats to explore. Dartmouth, Totnes and Topsham were great and well worth a visit.
