Stairs to entrance. All on the Lower Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: 55" Freeview TV, Netflix, Bluetooth Speaker, French Doors Leading To Garden Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Induction Hob, Fridge, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Washer Dryer Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, French Doors Leading To Garden Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet Bedroom 2: Zip And Link Double Bed (2 x Singles On Request) Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. The common areas of the apartment are in need of some care and attention but the apartment itself is lovely. Very nicely decorated, very stylish with lovely furniture. Its very light and airy and the views are to die for. Lovely south facing terrace with sun all day long. Jason who did the meet and great was really friendly and gave us some good tips. Torquay itself is a little tacky but is a good base to explore the area. We did not use the car for the whole week but instead used buses, trains and boats to explore. Dartmouth, Totnes and Topsham were great and well worth a visit. Would definitely stay at this apartment again ##### Angela T.
