This was an excellent location, very clean and very comfortable. I specifically booked it for the views over Torquay, but unfortunately they were not as expected, as scaffolding was over the main view from the apartment and we were not told about this until we had paid the balance of the holiday, nevertheless we still had a really good time albeit with not such a great view, but I suspect Covid hold ups had something to do with it. Great views , in fact unbeatable views of Torquay. Walking distance of Torquay, 70 steps down from road to Rock Walk and 188 steps down to road. Take is steady coming back up the steps . Very clean generally , needs carpet cleaning directly as you step into the apartment, kitchen tiny and cramped. No dishwasher , due to the tiny kitchen it would be difficult to do any cooking . The shower cubicle is small . Ceiling fans in lounge and bedroom great help as it got very hot with the sun poring in, in the afternoon. Blinds at the lounge windows are a bit of a nightmare to use, getting stuck , due to the way they have been set up. On street parking is hit and miss, sometimes having to park in the next street. So clean and comfortable. Think the only problem is that there isnt much parking outside and you need to be good on your feet as its a steep climb up and down to get to torquay.
