Nice hotel, good for business travel.

This is a clean and excellent hotel for business travellers. The walls are a little thin but other than that, a great place for the price.

close to science centre

Posted 23-Jan-2016
Pros: cleanliness, friendly staff
Cons: i think only one elevator was working - quite slow there were several steps up to the elevator, which was no problem for us, but if we had heavy bags
Location: science centre quick access to downtown
check in was quick, hotel was clean, friendly staff, good location (address is wrong - it's not on wynfield, it's around the corner

It's okay

Posted 23-Jan-2016
Couldve been better if they had other ways to hold money. Not everybody has a credit card. I offered cash to stay when my credit card wasn't working and still they refused cash but accepted debit with a $200 deposit. Check-in took 30+ minutes before we got a room. They should reset their rules if they want customers. I appreciated the staff's help but check in shouldn't be that long. Overall it was okay. Just don't give paying customers a hassle.

Quick overnight stay (not our destination).

A little disappointed that we had to pay for parking. We have stayed in other hotels in Scarborough that didn't charge for parking.

Nice hotel.

Posted 14-Jan-2016
Pros: Good location. A little hard to find the entrance but nice and quiet while being close to main highway.
Cons: Room could be updated a bit.
Location: Just a sleep over. Didn't partake in any nearby activities.
Just an overnight stay. Hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean and pleasant. Facilities appeared to have been recently renovated and were very fresh and appealing. Staff at front desk and in the bar/restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent!

Could've been much better!!

Posted 8-Jan-2016
It was okay for Location if you don't drive it's near buses, only thing really close was a timmies and a store there is a McDonald's around the area as well. When I went there about two years ago there was a working hot tub which I was very much looking forward too but it was covered and they were doing repairs appreantly, so that really sucked. The floor we we're on said it was smoke free but in the hall way all I could smell was smoke which if you're not a smoker really sucks. The staff could've been more informative about things for sure.
