We booked and paid 6 months ahead of time, for a week stay. Super excited! We never got this house. Host was none existing it appeared. No communication what so ever to VRBO team or us.

Fake pictures, address is of an apartment building, host answered phone once and said he does not know what VRBO is. Still waiting on VRBO customer service to refund my money…after spending several hours on three different occasions, providing photos of what’s located at address given and no response from host VRBO is still investigating…

I booked the rental only to get gosted by the property owner.it was the first and last time i use vrbo. The policies they have in place are geared and only work in the owners favour. We showed up instructed by vrbo that we had nothing to worry about. That was a lie . It was the most stressful week leading up to my stay. Never again 🖕
