« Front desk closed at night-this was not communicated. I arrived late and called the after hours number. I ended up waiting over an hour for someone to show up. No chairs in the “lobby” area. The room had a broken hair rubberband on the floor under the bed, the bathroom sink had sticky residue spots around it, and the edge of the counter in the bathroom was very dusty.
