"Tried to cancel thru the Expedia virtual service, several times, to no avail. Never stayed, rebooked to another location. When I booked, the location given in Maioli was behind a gas station in centre of town. 24 hours prior to arrival, I verified the address on Google map and it was outside the city, in the hills. Since I am cycling, I wasn't going to launch myself into the Taiwanese hills, after a day of cycling."

After reaching out several times with no response I ended up booking the room for an additional night to ensure it would be available. Then they responded to me. Many things didn’t work.
