"The owner, Justin, did an amazing job updating this house. It is quaint and located close to the shoreline of Lake Erie. My wife and i enjoyed our time. All of the rooms have been upgraded and electronics connected via Alexa. (That took a little getting used to.) A few items to note: 1. The lock for entry is on the side of the house & the owner recommends using the back door for carrying things in/out. This is good advice as the side entry has higher steps which my be ackward as well as...

"We enjoyed our stay in Erie! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was an excellent way to end each day. We loved the shower and appreciated that there was a washer and dryer. This is a great spot to explore Detroit and Toledo. Our family loved the proximity to Fritze Freeze, an ice cream spot. We would stay again if we were in the area! "

"Great house- everything was perfect. For future guests- the kitchen light switch took us forever to find especially when you arrive at night. In the morning we found the light switch to be buried on the side of the refrigerator. Other then that- the house is highly recommended. "

"Overall nice home. Management group should do a better job for the owner. Grass was tall. Dishes had been put away wet. Had to rewash our cups. 2 drawers were filled with randomness of junk. If you require a fan to sleep, being your own. House is really convenient to everything we needed to do. It has lots of extras to make things easy. Overall, would recommend the property though."

"Lovely little house that held our family of tweens, kids, and adults. Clean little kitchen, nice bathroom, exceptional lanai/screened porch for bug free breeze! House is part of a series of hones owned by a single owner who is very responsive. Private street is quiet and safe for kids. Coffeeshops, restaurants, and tourist entertainment was farther than expected (20+ minutes) but Magee Marsh park had excellent beaches (5 min drive).
