We made good use of our JR Pass while staying here. The room had everything we needed, was clean and in good condition. The facilities are not that good and I think the room is small for a group of 6 people, max per room I think is 3 persons. Very quiet and in such a great location. Food and the train station were only a short walk away. It was a budget hotel so you can't redirect much. Bathroom was really not good, needed a good scrub and update. Futons were really thin and we all got sore hips, backs and shoulders. Felt like we were lying directly on the floor. The location is very close to a Yamanote line station, and lots of restaurants and convenience stores. Front desk staff were friendly. The room is a bit worn, but not dirty. You sleep on a futon matress on the floor. The bathroom is very small. I would definitely stay again, as a place to save money if im not spending a lot of time in the hotel. ##### Allison Stayed 3 nights in Jul 2023 ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller May 27, 2024 #### good for the money, convenient location I'd recommend this hotel to adults not those with small children since you would have to put the futons out for sleeping and remove them when not sleeping if you desire pros: friendly staff, location convenient to everything - train station/restaurants/shinjuku/k-town, relatively clean, working AC, daily new towels, hair dryer, working kitchen including utensils, plates, pots, pans, water boiler, burner, etc, toothbrushes, even a vacuum cleaner cons: covers and futons with no bedsheets (seem clean though), toilet seat unstable, bit dusty for us with allergies and AC wasn't filtering things well (maybe filter not changed often;
