The only downside was the bed. Hard is one thing but having to feel the bed coils is another. Other then that it was a great stay. Good breakfast. Though i wish they would have better tea. Japanese tea is amazing.

The location is good location for i visited Toyosu Fish Market area and Odaiba . The facilities are old fashioned. Room is small you cannot open full suitcase. And only one lift it easy to get jam in office time

エレベーター近くの部屋であることをチェックイン時に伝えてくれ、お部屋の交換をホテル側から提案してくれました。お陰で静かに過ごせて快適でした。 朝食場所も皆さん静かで料理も美味しくいただきました。また利用させていただきたいです。

あまり、東横インは、好みませんでしたが、 お部屋もれいで、フロントの、若い方が、親切で、悪い、イメージがきえました。 以前、朝食も、豪華さはありませんが、ふつのもの、以前の地方では、フロントは不在、あさ、座れない朝食、安ーいハムや、焼きそばのバイキングで、その、イメージが、今回なくなりましたが、大井町のホテルのれべるが、他のホテルも、良いので、皆よいのかもです

ホテルは快適！問題は同じフロアに滞在している大声で夜中まで騒いでいる客。フロントに夜中うるさいので寝れないと通報したら、ちゃんと対処してくれた。できれば、日本人とそうでない客のフロアは分けて欲しい。
