The trees, the space, the view, the aesthetic pool, the peaceful days, the daily easy going kiss your heart. Couldn‘t be better. "A great sized property with all the facilities that you need. Massive landscape gardens with a good sized pool and vegetable plot. The views were amazing. Air conditioning in all rooms which was a great asset. The host, Gian, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Because of his knowledge, we attended local festivals and we had a reasonably priced chef come in and cook for us, which was more of an experience than just being catered for as we were all able to get involved. Gian kindly accompanied us to the lovely town of Todi and after took us to an authentic restaurant and where we enjoyed a lovely Italian meal. A car is needed but it is well worth a visit and we hope to return. Thank you Gian for making this a special holiday for us. "
