For added entertainment, the home boasts a game room equipped with a foosball table, dartboard, pool table, and arcade style basketball. Whether you seek outdoor adventures or a peaceful escape, this inviting home offers the perfect home base for a memorable stay.

Pets:
- Allowed for a $50 fee per stay (max 2 pets). Pets must not damage the property.

Last-Minute Booking:
- Bookings within 2 days of check-in incur a $75 late fee.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out:
- Available for up to 2 hours for a $50 fee (early check-in: 2 PM or late check-out: 1 PM).

Community guidelines:
- No swimming in the lake; life jackets are not provided.
- Amenities (weather permitting): $12/day per person (ages 3+), includes access to pools, lakes, mini-golf, and canoes in the community.
- As we are part of Private gated community, Guest registration is required, including names, ages, vehicle details, and ID/license plate information.
- Guest Entrance Pass will be available for pick-up at 123 Country Pl Dr, Tobyhanna, PA 18466 when you arrive

- Please be mindful of inclement weather conditions and expect snow in winter months on the driveway and entryway
