"The staff were very helpful but I didn't like that there was an accessible entrance at the back of the hotel and it was padlocked at night. Dangerous because there could be a fire and How am I going to get out if the door is locked? Breakfast had very little limited choice."

"I was disappointed that management allowed a large number of Mexican laborers to throw a party outside in the parking lot adjacent to my room. There was a lot of hollering, singing to Mexican music on the radio along with associated beer drinking and food consumption. This permitted behavior would have scared many of your customers as well as me if I was not licensed to carry a concealed weapon!"
