« Hôtel excellent, très très propre, qui sent bon dès l'arrivée dans le hall ainsi que quand on ouvre la chambre. Extrêmement calme, un bonheur pour bien récupérer la nuit, quand on fait un Roadtrip. « The home was very nice. There were a lot of nice touches such as earplugs in the bedroom our dishes and coffee and a froth or and just very very nice very comfortable. Just very welcoming. The hosts were very easy to work with gave plenty of information listed expectations and allowed us to have a very nice stay in Tipp. Will stay there again next time we come through Dayton. »

« Very disappointed in the condition of the room. It wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was one ice machine for three floors, and it was broken so the staff tried to compensate with bags of ice if needed. These days no frills is expected but this was beyond. They charged us two different type of fees plus $4.72 per day to park. This was not expected from an Expedia booking. « This is an incredibly nice hotel with lots of interesting artifacts on display, an excellent conference room, nice continental breakfast, and very comfortable and spacious rooms. There are no elevators but there are only 2 floors. This may influence your decision whether to stay here if stairs are a problem for you. The staff members are articulate, very friendly and helpful. « Room was clean. Bathtub could have been cleaner and The Linens in the bathroom needs to be soaked and then washed that will help the stains come out better. I am a housekeeper I do know by experience. No bugs!! Breakfast could use some work about what is available to eat. All in all good. »
