### Villa Grgo by Villas Guide

The heart of the Istrian peninsula and a symbol of the beauty of Istrian life - Tinjan. Epithets that certainly beckon to vacation in the center of Istria. Tradition and customs have been cherished in Tinjan for years, and the combination of traditional and modern is reflected in villas such as Villa Grgo. Villa Grgo was built in a less populated part of the center of Istria, but still in the immediate vicinity of all necessary facilities for vacation.  
  
  
  
Villa Grgo has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as an open living room, kitchen and a lot of accessories, on as much as 240 m². This villa can host 10 people, and the ground floor of the villa is adapted for people with disabilities. Additional facilities include a wellness area with a hydromassage pool and a Finnish sauna, as well as a 40 m² outdoor pool.  
  
  
  
The extremely spacious living room is located on the ground floor of Villa Grgo. A large glass door lets in sunlight and offers a soothing view of the yard and pool. Next to the comfortable corner sofa there is a large wooden dining table with chairs for 10 people. In the extension of the room, there is a simple but elegant white kitchen with a kitchen island. Appliances such as a large, high-quality refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and microwave contribute to the comfort of your stay.  
  
  
  
On the ground floor of Villa Grgo there are two of the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The remaining two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the first floor of the villa. In addition to a double bed, the bedrooms also contain a desk, a television and a wardrobe. A special feature is the balcony on the second floor, which connects the two bedrooms and contains a small corner for resting and enjoying the view. Each of the four en-suite bathrooms has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Every bathroom has underfloor heating, and in addition to hair dryers, personal hygiene products are also available.  
  
  
  
The grounds of the Villa Grgo extend over 1,600 m², and are adorned with a large swimming pool and sunbathing area. Enjoy the outdoor space for socializing, which consists of a covered terrace, a dining table, a built-in grill, a summer kitchen and a lounge area. When you want an extra dose of luxury, retreat to the wellness area of Villa Grgo. The Finnish sauna and hydromassage pool make this villa the right choice in all seasons.
