"This was such a treat on our recent trip. Everything about it was special. The room was everything we needed and more, the view was amazing front and back, Anna and her family were pleasant and accommodating. The beds were comfy and the dogs were a bonus treat. We'll be back to Iceland and the Garage will be our homebase."

"The room was clean and spacious! The rpivate bathroom was clean! Property had a second floor with complete share kitchen. Property doesnt have staff available during stay but is great, is self check in property! Great place to stay!"

"The staff helped us get away to our organised tours early by packing breakfast boxes for us to collect before the restaurant opened - really helpful. Hotel is 12kms from the local town, so if you don't want a full restaurant evening meal (provided on-site or at the neighboring farm) then you have to drive that 12kms each time. As we sat in the local pizza place the screen roll on the monitors explained that Iceland is the most expensive country in the world to live in. Travelers need to be ready to deal with that at the hotel, as everywhere else."

"Beautiful cozy cottage with breathtaking views. We loved walking down the road to meet the cows and the orange farm cat. We had everything we needed during our 2 night stay, it was a wonderful way to end our first trip to Iceland."

"The pod was exactly as described - clean, no frills but cozy. Was a crazy windy and rainy night we were there and the pod was great. The common area was well equipped and there were enough bathrooms to be shared with the pods when we were in the space."
