"Beautiful apartment Very spacious Great pool & spa Close to restaurants "

"Lovey clean large rooms with a very convenient location right next door to the local pub with dining options. We were there to see the dolpins and was given good local information of what to do. The host was very accomodating with a guest who had an elderly parent and gladly upgraded the room to be more convienent to the car park. All in all, would highly recomend this as a place to base yourself to explore the surrounds of Tin Can Bay and Rainbow Beach."

"Reviews were bad that I read. We loved it..the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and had views of Tin Can Bay…being a surfer I liked the pictures on the walls of my room..we had front rooms that entered onto a balcony and lovely sea air coming in..I would definitely stay there again "

"The property was beautifully decorated, with great views. Location was perfectly situated between the 2 sand blows. But the internet connection is poor and couldnt watch any netflix etc. Insulation between master and living space was zero and theres no door between master and ensuit. The noise coming from the appartment above at night time was constant, as they had children running around at all hours of the night and the use of the spa from above after 9pm. From other bedrooms the elevator was heard a lot, kids were playing in the lift early and then during check out we were wait for ages, as the kids were playing with them holding them up."

"Unfortunately, I hadn't read the negative reviews before I booked our stay at the Rainbow Sea Resort. While our suite had stunning views over the ocean and was attractively decorated in a Hamptons/beachy style, as shown in the promotional photos, those were the only positives. The bathroom and kitchen were in dire need of a thorough deep clean; there was grime and black mould in the bathroom, and a very unpleasant smell in the kitchen. I should also point out that, although the Resort's website states that guests can book tours at the front desk, this is no longer the case."
