On arrival the front desk clerk was excellent, friendly helpful and accomodating. The lady in the kitchen was very sweet and friendly. Big complaint was the girl behind the front desk in the morning. She was so grumpy to my sister and I, yelled at my sister (69 yr old) when she went to get a glass of juice in the morning after 9am, and wouldn't acknowledge us when we were leaving at 10am in the morning (when we dropped off our room cards at the front desk).

Very clean, bright interior, (drywall, no old panelling) laminate floor(no old smelly carpet) very comfortable, no noisy heater fan like most places , as far as motel rooms go , I would say, 4 and a half out of five. Bathroom was small and could use new shower enclosure, but overall very satisfied

I really enjoyed everything about the two stays (going from and returning to Timmins) and will make this my place to stay.
My legs have been bothering me, I asked for a main floor room on my return visit and was immediately booked for one.
Breakfast was great... though no oranges - boohoo lol
