"Lee is a responsive and accommodating host. The grounds of the large property are lovely, and the location for hking (skiing - in season) and access to the beauty of Canaan Valley is excellent. Seasonal decorations throughout the house and grounds were festive and welcoming. The owners clearly are making nice improvements to the home, including the recently built fire pit and pickleball court. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit, but rainy weather and a short stay prevented us from playing pickleball. The house would benefit if sofas, mattresses, and linens could be updated. The kitchen is well stocked with many small appliances and enough plates and utensils so our large group could have meals together. We enjoyed our time!"

"This was by far the best experience I have ever had with lodging. The place was absolutely amazing and did not skip on anything. It was immaculate and allowed our group to have the most wonderful getaway. The host is amazing as well. Great communication. I hope to be back for another stay. Highly recommended"

"It was a very nice house overall. Only minor things such as noisy construction across the street the entire week we were there, which has nothing to do with the property itself. The outside property was not well maintained, grass was over grown near the firepit area and around the house in general. Two towel racks in two different bathrooms were loose. The drawers in the fridge were very difficult to pull in and out. Overall, the house just needs a little TLC. I would definitely recommend the home as the location was ideal for hiking in different areas."
