Very dated and noisy property located right next to a busy freeway. It’s like sleeping in a tent on the shoulder. Plus, my traveling companion was forced to pay $60 more than me for the same substandard room. The hotel staff would not adjust the price. Won’t be back.

Nice spacious, clean rooms easy freeway exit pool toys a bar by pool security at night for your cars quiet Hotel two separate restaurants one that has a bar also a win-win win

Hair in the bathtub and door. Looks like the room I got just didn’t get much love and attention. The floor was dusty feeling while walking across it barefoot. People were so loud! Pretty much standing outside my door at 2am yammering away drunk. Mattresses squeaky and definitely seen some use. Updates updates updates! Especially if you’re charging that kinda rate.

Excellent property and was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Excellent Staff and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had Gluten free options for my wife’s allergy. The only complaint we had was the $15 fee for parking.

Staff was very helpful. Changed our room with an upgrade when we weren't happy with our initial room. Would stay here again. The Waffle Spot is a great place for breakfast.

It was retro which was sort of cool!! Charged for parking which was not, we have never experienced that. Overall not a bad stay but would not choose it a second time.

We deliberately requested two beds to avoid disturbing your partner, but with that in mind, the individual beds were still noisy when one moved. Not good.

Plesant surprises! Superior room was and is tasteful and update. Price point is a bargain rate. Waffle Shop nice. Going back in time. 1960's. Jacuzzi and pool area is nice. Old hotel with lots of history. The updates to the property are again tasteful

Facility was a bit out dated but extremely clean. Would've preferred a microwave in the room instead of a microwave, tge the tv made up for it all. I especially loved that i kept the do not disturb sign up and it was respected, I was not disturbed. I had issues with the noise outside of the room but i know its to be expected usually. Overall minus the 15$ a night for parking the room rates adequate.

What i didn't like was it use to be Free Parking. Now tbey charge $15. Hotels that offer Free parking is a plus and deciding factor so even though i like Kings if another hotel offers free parking Im going.
