"Check in was a miserable experience. My booking was never sent to the resort so they didn’t have my reservation when we arrived. Check in was finally successful after about an hour of phone calls and waiting. There were no blinds/shades in the master room. There was an existing bracket for shades however. You are also only provided with 2-3 small trash bags as big as a grocery bag so plan to bring those. The resort and location were great and there is potential to have a great vacation...

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, and this was our third time staying at Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach. We come here every year for our summer beach vacation, and we always have a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, just the way we like it. The beach view is beautiful, and the location is hard to beat. A big thank you to Maria and Natalie at the front desk. They were so friendly and welcoming every time we talked to them. The other ladies at the front desk were great too, even though we didn’t catch their names. The breakfast is one of our favorite parts of staying here. There are plenty of choices every morning, the juice selection is great, and having coffee available 24/7 is a nice bonus. We also loved the big ice water station by the lobby. After coming in from the beach or pool, it was so nice to grab a cold drink. The kitchen staff were always friendly, polite, and kept everything stocked and clean. We’ve stayed here three times now, and the staff is one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back. Everyone is always so nice and makes us feel welcome. We definitely recommend Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach, and we’ll be back again next year!"

"Pros: location was great. Restaurants and ice cream was very convenient. The pool was perfect. Everything was clean. Cons: check in was not good. Our room was not ready for 2 hours past check in time. And it was not just ours. There was multiple families waiting because their room was not ready."

"The only thing we did not like is we were never able to get into the hottub, we were there Sunday to Wednesday and everytime we wanted to get in the hottub it was full of small kids with their float devices or parents with small kids wearing diapers, and they just never got out, even late at night. That was the only problem without stay, we loved the air show and the cleanliness of the entire place"
