Great staff, however
I have to say the staff was wonderful. However, there were issues with a party in the room next to mine that refused to quiet down well past 1am. Numerous calls to guest services only resulted in me having to be inconvenienced at 1am packing up all my belongings and moved to another room. And all they said they could do was comp me a free breakfast. Well by the time I settled into a new room and was able to fall asleep I literally had no time in the morning before a 9 hour drive to make to stop and eat breakfast. Not to mention they had already stopped serving as well. On my return trip home I will be booking my night elsewhere. Sad because we are Hilton Honors members and this is the first time we’ve ever had any issues like this.

Room 315 was very noisy all night , because the heating/cooling system is located on the roof right below it.

Nice roadtrip stop. The room was clean and confortable. The staff was attentive and willing to accomodate our requests, like extra towels and silverware to the room.

This hotel was suprisingly nice. The food was very good - there is a full restaurant and bar. The staff was kind and helpful. I lost my glasses while there and everone (from housekeeping to front desk to restaurant staff) helped me look for them.

If passing through or staying in Tifton, 5 stars
Lovely staff. Clean area. Finding front of hotel interesting, but location allows one to walk if they choose to many different places for food. Breakfast was good and very filling. Pool was cool but apologized and comped our breakfast. All in all, highly recommend

This hotel may be older but the updates to the entire hotel were great. The lobby had an elegant atmosphere and was pleasantly surprised to see they had a restaurant & bar. Although we didn't indulge in the bar or restaurant, it looked delightful. It was very convenient to everything in the surrounding area- with a gas station/Wendy's, longhorn's and Sonny's within walking distance in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only critique was the mattress was a little uncomfortable cmpared to other places I have booked, but it wasn't dreadful and not the worst. Overall, it was a great stay and would stay here again!

Great stay! Only thing I would change is having tables and chairs in rooms. I went and bought chairs and a table for the night. No big, doesn’t change my great time I had. But for those that can’t just think about it.

Noisy in Room Acroos Hall From Ice Machine
They put us directly across the hallway from the ice machine room & it was noisy all night with people getting ice, voices & the noise the machine makes

Hotel doing mass matress replacement. Urine stains all over our mattress. Did not discover until morning when removed bedspread cover. Complained at front desk but told our complaint needs to go to Expedia. Do not want an apology. If not refunded in full will never use Expedia or go to that hotel again.
