« The parking is far away and you have to pay $10 a night for it. The bartender taking room service order was rude and not helpful or friendly. Asked for luggage rack to be brought up to my room and it never came. There were many in the lobby as I walked out. It just isn’t a friendly staff. They are not warm. The housekeepers were excellent and extremely friendly and helpful. The rest, not so much. »
