A hospitality brand should prioritize guest comfort over finding every possible reason to add a fee. "

"Hotel is great as long as you have kids up to 14. Beside that its loud and the food is not good. Breakfast area is huge and crowded, very loud and food is Asian style, the croissants are defrosted and not fresh. One coffe machine for the whole room. In short Breakfast needs improvments. Beside that its all clean and huge. Its not a redo for me. "
