« Nous avons réservé notre chambre le 02 mai 2024 pour 11 nuits, une chambre de luxe avec baignoire. Durant notre séjour, ils nous ont déménagé dans une chambre standard pas de baignoire, une très petite chambre pour 3 nuits. Aucun crédit, rien. Ce fût très désagréable. »

« Location was very very good, right on the beach road so easy to hop on a truck car to the walking strip or restaurant. The shared washroom had a bad smell in it for 2 days. On my last day there it seemed to be better, but not sure what happened before that. »

"Pas eu de cadeau d’anniversaire malgré la confirmation de leur part. On a eu une attention pour l’événement mais avec une faute orthographe… pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. On a consommé le mini bar car pas d’affiche de tarif, pensant être gratuit comme nous étions en suite avec accès club. Au moment du Check out la surprise total. Très déçu de cette expérience malgré une belle chambre et le parc aquatique "
