Basic, clean apartments. Beautiful view. Quiet and relaxing. Perfect location across from beach, 15min walk to busier Puerto del Carmen and 10min walk to quieter Matagorda . Staff friendly.

Very nice, asked for high floor and paid for sea view which was lovely. Very well equipped apartment. Only one thing they really need to improve is the lighting in the kitchen area, it’s dreadful, they just need to change the bulbs. One more really easy fix would also be to please move the long mirror from the side of the second fridge in the living room to the bedroom wall, as there’s no mirror in there and if there’s someone in the bathroom you have no mirror, but minor inconvenience. Loved it there and would not hesitate to come back. Thank you.

Clean, large apartment with all you need. Basic but great for me. Beds a bit hard. Nice shower, aircon in living room and fan in bedroom. I stayed 12 nights. I had a flood 2 nights into stay and I located the tap to isolate. So no water in kitchen for a week but used bathroom water for bathing and washing clothes and pots. Dean gave me a bottle of wine and could not apologise enough. Although it had issues I would definitely return.

Great holiday

We had room 5 on the front. Large spacious room. Table and 2 chairs on the patio, Seaview. We had to keep our bedroom curtains closed as on full view to people walking through complex, but that was fine. Room clean, beds comfortable. Ideal lication for walking between PDC and Matagorda and bus stop right opposite.

Had a wonderful holiday, club pocilllos is so central to Puerto del Carmen, with the beach across the road, bus stops 2 min walk, beautiful views and very modern kitchen facilities. Wonderful staff always willing to help with any queries. I will definitely be returning.

The apartments are spacious and with big balconies. We booked a one bedroom apartment and were given a two bedroom apartment with sea view. The area is nice and we were informed that we could use the pools at the Costa Mar Apartmentos just round the corner. We had a lovely time

We found the apartments were very comfortable all we needed in the apartment, beach right across the road, supermarket 2 minutes away, Marco’s restaurant about 7min to the left has great food, entertainment & very pleasant staff. PDC is within walking distance.

Hébergement bien situé face à la mer, mais qui a besoin d'être rénové : pas de double vitrage, alors que beaucoup de véhicules passent, y compris la nuit, beaucoup de touristes bruyants.... meubles en mauvais état. Pas de lampe de chevet et mauvais éclairage général. Accueil correct.

Ho utilizzato questa struttura e mi ci sono trovato bene, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono, Gli appartamenti che sono vista mare hanno una vista favolosa, e si trova il necessario che possa servire in caso si cucini in casa. Non c'è la lavatrice ma c'è il servizio lavanderia,che io non ho usato. Il proprietario è molto cordiale e disponibile. Se ritorno a Lanzarote non c'è dubbio che ritornerei volentier al LOSPOCILLOSCLUB.

Excellent emplacement sur l'immense plage

Séjour de 11 nuits début janvier dans l'appartement 19 : terrasse avec vue imprenable + transat, table et chaises. Le mobilier est vieillot mais la literie de bonne qualité ; ventilateur de table / clim. dispo pour 10€/jour ; service de buanderie à 25€ pour une machine 30°. Les serviettes de toilette sont changées tous les 2 jours, les draps après 3 nuits. Il y avait peu de vaisselle mais j'ai obtenu facilement un complément ; petit lave-vaisselle apprécié ! Grâce à la large contre-allée du parking, on n'entend pas la circulation. Comme les avions passent devant en phase d'atterrissage, ils ne sont pas gênants. petit sèche-cheveux, fer et planche à repasser dans l'appartement. Manque d'intensité lumineuse la nuit tombée :-(
