There was a booking ussue upon arrival, however Sangeeta was able to resolve it very professionally and quickly, even adding an extra free day as compensation. Exceptional customer service. The hotel is in a good location, with close access to an airtel store for help with sim cards and other services you'd need while travelling. The hotel also has 2 restaurants, a nightclub/bar and the rooms are superb. Very highly recommend, one of...

« Pros: Clean room. Spacious than I expected.The staff were polite. One assistant helped bring my luggage up to my room. The hotel is in a terrific location. Very near to Ragigudda metro station. Also near to several good restaurents.The laundry service was great & affordable. Cons- 2 of the days I couldnt get hot water in the shower after noon. Hot water seems to be available in the morning. And my room had a bathroom with no exhaust fan. It was fine as i was alone. »

« I took two rooms at starlit service apartments. Getting there was a bit of trouble because of bad roads, however the place was very good. The rooms were good, have an owen, television, induction stove, tea/coffee maker, excellent beds. The staff were friendly and easily available for our service. Though a service apartment they were as good a good 4 star hotel. Impressed! »

« Seems like a unmaintained property. Trip was not comfortable. Bathrooms are not clean. Shower was not working and hot water was not available either. Route to the resort is also terrible due to roadblocks. Food was also costly - we avoided it and went to Sri Tattva nearby. »
