There was a booking ussue upon arrival, however Sangeeta was able to resolve it very professionally and quickly, even adding an extra free day as compensation. Exceptional customer service. The hotel is in a good location, with close access to an airtel store for help with sim cards and other services you'd need while travelling. The hotel also has 2 restaurants, a nightclub/bar and the rooms are superb. Very highly recommend, one of...

« Pros: Clean room. Spacious than I expected.The staff were polite. One assistant helped bring my luggage up to my room. The hotel is in a terrific location. Very near to Ragigudda metro station. Also near to several good restaurents.The laundry service was great & affordable. Cons- 2 of the days I couldnt get hot water in the shower after noon. Hot water seems to be available in the morning. And my room had a bathroom with no exhaust fan. It was fine as i was alone. »
