"The suite with separate living/dining area was a nice feature that helped it feel like I was staying at home instead of a hotel room. The staff was helpful and checked in and I appreciated that. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was cold and the water pressure and volume was great. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel uses daylight bulbs which isn’t my preference but it’s not enough to not book here. I would bring a fire stick or Roku to watch YouTube, Netflix and Prime and would have loved having a microwave in the little counter area but appreciated the fridge, water and coffee maker. Next time I would ask for a room facing the galleria instead of the city. There was some road noise The location was great for what I needed and I enjoyed the bar downstairs. It was nice that they had live music on Wednesday nights too."

"The property is very nice and easy to find using Google Maps. It is a very busy place! I checked in after 6pm. The person who checked me in was not very helpful. I got more info from listening to the person next to me getting checked in. My room key should have given me access to get into the hotel parking, it did not work and no one offered to fix it. The room was nice and very big. All supplies were fully stocked. The breakfast was very good, the staff was busy keeping the area clean and everything stocked. Overall it was a pleasant stay."
