"Loved the hotel. There were a few things I didn’t care for. #1 there’s no parking besides the road to park to check in or out. #2 pool was closed more than open. #3 the bar. I was more excited for the bar. But it was a disappointing. Drink menu only had a few things on it for mixed drinks. Absolutely nothing I would drink. So I asked the very rude bar tender if he could make a special drink and he said he didn’t know. And he walked a way. Then when he did walk over there, I asked him he would say no, and then walk away again, and it took me about four tries for him to make something that he could make. It wasn’t on the menu. So that he started making my drink and stopped to make three other drinks for people that were already there when I got there. And having a whole conversation with them. While I waited for him to make my drink. He waited so long that he actually had to get another glass because the glass got hot. The drink that he made wasn’t even right. I barely drank it and told him I would like to pay out. And he said I still had to pay for the drink, even though I didn’t drink it. And I told him I wasn’t asking not to pay it. Because I clearly said I’m ready to pay out. Very disappointed and unprofessional. #4 the breakfast was absolutely amazing. It had a typical free breakfast bar. But it seemed like the food had seasoning. Very good. #5 the staff was wonderful minus the bar tender."

"This is my third time staying at the Sonesta at the Galleria and I can truly say that it is a nice hotel. The staff was friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. The entire atmosphere was wonderful."
