Nice little hike to this set of falls.. if you climb up the ladder it takes you to a small pool and another set of falls ...
Refugee Cove at Cape Chignecto Provincial Park, Nova Scotia...about 4 hours and 12km into a three-day hike around the park's 52km Coastal Trail. Enjoyed a lunch break on the ocean floor at low tide in the Bay of Fundy. Travelled light around the trail with just an Olympus TG-4 compact camera for photos.
Nova Shores Adventures offers a fantastic 6-hour sea kayak tour in the Bay of Fundy around the Cape Chignecto coastline at high tide. A highlight was seeing the "Three Sisters" sea stacks, pictured here, up close. The tour offered by Nova Shores Adventures is suitable for beginners, taking you around at an easy pace that gives you opportunities to explore and learn about the geology and history of this region. There may be no better way to see this beautiful, wild stretch of coastline.

This is the view overlooking the Bay of Fundy from the tip of Cape Split, Nova Scotia. A nice 13 kilometers return hike to the end of the cape. The trail is well maintained, but watch the weather as it can be sunny at the trail head and then be foggy at the end. There are some trails down the cliffs to the coastline as well, but be very aware of the tides as many people have been stranded due to the fast tides.
