"En general, la estancia fue excelente. El lugar estaba muy limpio, cómodo y todo en perfectas condiciones. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y la señora que lo prepara fue muy amable y atenta. También el personal del turno de la mañana fue muy profesional y agradable. Sin embargo, la experiencia con el personal del turno de noche (alrededor de la 1:00 am) fue muy mala. La persona que nos atendió, al notar que no hablaba inglés, tuvo una actitud grosera y poco profesional. Me aventó la pluma y la hoja para firmar mientras estaba hablando por teléfono, lo cual fue muy incómodo y desagradable. Fue la única parte negativa de una estancia que, fuera de eso, estuvo perfecta."
