"Loved this quirky hotel and all the old features of the building. Decorated in keeping with hotel. Comfy bed. Good breakfast choices. Loved all the different bars to grab a drink. Only problem was there 2 events on which were rather loud and you could keep everything from our room. They did finish at midnight! I wouldn’t have normally bothered me but I was there Saturday night and needed to be be up early Sunday morning to work at a local wedding fair. "

"Room absolutely perfect, very clean - super location. Continental breakfast provided as self service but no indication as to where it was. Luckily I found someone who was able to show me as it was in another part of the building with no signage, otherwise I wouldn’t have found it. Limited reception facilities, no one there when I left so unsure how to pay, in the end I left cash with a lady who assisted with the Abbey. Would definitely stay again, but I bit more direction/guidance would have been really helpful."

Everything & more… from the welcome tray full of delicious homemade goodies to the milk, coffee, washing up stuff etc… not to mention the extra unusual touch of being able to order home cooked food delivered to your door . Peaceful, clean , comfy , peaceful… can’t wait to return ! Perfect hosts xx"

"Lovely cottage, perfect for walking & exploring the countryside but equally close to Hereford & Ross on Wye. Cottage has great facilities for drying/storing outdoor clothes keeping the inside spacious and comfortable. The cottage has everything you need & the owner very helpful. We had a great stay & thoroughly recommend."

"Great cottage and facilities. The Chickens became friends very quickly and were only too pleased to see us especially with a bag of oats as a treat (but not too much!). The location is good and only 5 miles from Hereford but we didn't find the things we wanted in the local shop and there is only one. Very quiet, great views and the hosts were extremely helpful when needed but respectful of our privacy. We would stay again."
