"We had a wonderful 3 night stay with our 2 adult children and baby granddaughter. We all felt at home, and the pool was lovely. Kim was easy to communicate with, and we appreciated that they had a pack and play available for the baby, so we did not have to carry it on our flight. The home was clean and very comfortable. Bonus that it is a short walk to a great restaurant, Legacy."

The home itself was charming, immaculate, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need- whether it was a sun hat for strolling, golf clubs for the course, or bicycles to explore the neigborhood, They thought of everything which may our stay effortless and relaxing. "This was one great house in The Villages. The location was very convenient to grocery….restaurants….other shopping…..pools and all the other amenities that you find at the Villages. The home is very comfortable and stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. The backyard screened porch is the perfect place for morning coffee. Mark was an excellent host and helpful anytime I needed assistance with anything. I hope to be back again in the near future. Thank you Mark!"

"We had an amazing stay at this property! The spacious kitchen was perfect for our family meals, and we loved having the backyard for our dogs to play in. The added bonus of a golf cart made it easy to get around the area and explore. The guest passes were incredibly convenient, especially for accessing the pool, which we really enjoyed.The host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable. We visit The Villages a couple of times a year, and this property has become one of our favorites. We would love to return in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!"

"We enjoyed the property. The backyard is very secluded, and the neighbors are pleasant. We had an issue with road paving, but that was out of the hands of the property managers. The unit had a bit of usage damage, but that is expected in older units. I would recommend this location to others. The property manager was responsive to requests and inquiries."
