We had requested a specific area for our room as we stay at this property often and my wife struggles with walking with her cane. Oaks Casuarina Santai Resort
Check in and parking was easy. Room was clean and close to all ammenities. However reprimanding of children running amock was sadly lacking. Staff should have spoken to the parents, and not the children themselves.
