"Very nice rooms. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing I didn't like was the parking to hotel transition. Great choice though!"

"Door to my room had a gap all the way around that allowed ample light in. The deadbolt did not lock, presumably due to the poor fit into the doorjam. Was placed in a room in front of the elevators, one had a loud squeal. The final night of my stay, the room next to me was filled with a loud crew. They yelled, screamed, etc until going to the club just after 11pm. Calling reception did nothing to quiet them. They returned shortly after 5am. One couple had an argument, yelling at each other, until the guy left slamming the door. The grand finale to the post club return was the young lady vomiting shortly after 6am. Yes, I heard it clearly. The rooms are not well insulated and traffic noise was also disruptively loud, even being on a higher level floor."

"This stay was nothing short of disappointing. The room was dated, and efforts to hide that fact were rushed and poorly done. The bathroom felt gross and it was clearly assumed that a coat of paint could fix everything, but efforts were lacking as shown by the dried paint drips on the door. Doors slammed throughout the night, and the thin walls led to us being able to hear the neighboring room's television. Probably the most horrific aspect was the lack of a fitted sheet on the bed, which is a terrible thing to discover shortly before midnight. Foolish me had read this in someone else's review, but I didn't heed the warning. Even a shower the next morning couldn't seem to wash the gross feeling off. The towels were on a shelf so high that without my partner I would have been unable to reach them. The lobby gives off an illusion of a beautiful place, but I guess you can't judge a hotel by its lobby. The cherry on top was my latte from the hotel cafe, where despite being the only customer, the individual was clearly overwhelmed and I ended up with a cup of warm lavender milk. It was delicious, but NOT a latte. Staff was overall pleasant."
