Large back deck, wet bar, and large front porch. The house is located minutes from Bank of America Stadium (Panthers), Time Warn Arena, and BB&T. Close to Blumenthal Arts Center, Visulite Theater, the Filimore, PNC Music Pavil and Amos'.bojangles arena. Ask about holidays and special event pricing. Holidays, special events and weekends 4 day minimum booking Halloween/Xmas/NYE/4th golf tournaments( \*\*\* 4 day minimum ACC and PGA events\*\*\* Location! Walk to the best restaurants and pubs Charlotte has to offer. You do not need a car. Three day weekend bookings only!!! If only Friday and Saturday. Guest Access - Entire House (11 total beds/2 air mattresses) recommended under 20 guest comfortably, past guest have slept over 30\. 1st floor 3 private bedrooms : 1 full bed with bunk beds, 1 queen, 1 queen \* Highchair available 2nd floor 2 private rooms : 1 king bed with walk in 8 ft shower, 1 queen jacuzzi tub 5 TV's 3rd level : 2 rooms 1 couch bed,1 full bed, 1full bath 2 blow up available note: (7th bedroom is the master that has a wrap around couch and couch bed) One bunk bed Very good for wedding parties.. Extra mirrors, hair dryers, iPad entertainment surround sound center. Speakers throughout house, large deck, games. Tons of room and parking. 1.1 miles to Vanlandingham and 2.5 miles to Mcgill Rose. High speed internet Over 300k in remodels: The home was gutted and everything is new. All 3 levels have a separate ac/heating unit with controls. Two floors with a 3rd level two bed/bath Over 10 people contact me. Additional fees may be required Thanks Must be 21 years old to book If police are called because of noise complaints and public disturbances, the contract is VOID and owner can have you kicked off the property immediately at his/her discretion!!! The owner/house manager/officer has the right to escort you off the premises if any of the contractual terms have been violated. No smoking of any kind inside the house. Please list how many guest that are staying so host can price according!! No Parties or events unless verified with owner. License will be requested that matches booking upon arrival. There has been weddings and wedding parties in the past with prior approval. I did get a bad review over the city hitting a power line. It was an older home that the owner has done a great job renovating and updating. That house was well maintained and clean. You can easily walk to all the restaurants and bars in Plaza Midwood.
