Large back deck, wet bar, and large front porch. The house is located minutes from Bank of America Stadium (Panthers), Time Warn Arena, and BB&T. Guest Access - Entire House (11 total beds/2 air mattresses) recommended under 20 guest comfortably, past guest have slept over 30\. 1st floor 3 private bedrooms : 1 full bed with bunk beds, 1 queen, 1 queen \* Highchair available 2nd floor 2 private rooms : 1 king bed with walk in 8 ft shower, 1 queen jacuzzi tub 5 TV's 3rd level : 2 rooms 1 couch bed,1 full bed, 1full bath 2 blow up available note: (7th bedroom is the master that has a wrap around couch and couch bed) One bunk bed Very good for wedding parties.. Extra mirrors, hair dryers, iPad entertainment surround sound center. Speakers throughout house, large deck, games. Tons of room and parking. 1.1 miles to Vanlandingham and 2.5 miles to Mcgill Rose. High speed internet Over 300k in remodels: The home was gutted and everything is new. All 3 levels have a separate ac/heating unit with controls. Two floors with a 3rd level two bed/bath Over 10 people contact me. Additional fees may be required Thanks Must be 21 years old to book If police are called because of noise complaints and public disturbances, the contract is VOID and owner can have you kicked off the property immediately at his/her discretion!!! The owner/house manager/officer has the right to escort you off the premises if any of the contractual terms have been violated. No smoking of any kind inside the house. Please list how many guest that are staying so host can price according!! No Parties or events unless verified with owner. License will be requested that matches booking upon arrival. There has been weddings and wedding parties in the past with prior approval. I did get a bad review over the city hitting a power line. We walked somewhere almost every day of our week-long stay. Shared driveway, but we had no problem with that; talked to the neighbor on the first day and asked him to let us know if our car was in the right place (it was). Short walk to bars and stores, or take a long walk around the beautiful neighborhood. All of us felt safe in the entire area. The owner is very responsive. House was very clean and close to local bars and restaurants via walking or quick cab ride into downtown Charlotte. Space is great for large groups that want to spread out and have fun.
