"I saw the pics and I figured a clean place to relax for two days. Then I get to the property and it’s a dump. The attendant said I booked two rooms for one night. I’m traveling solo. Why would I do that? I show her my reservation which says one room for two nights. She only has one night available. On the 4th floor. Your elevator doesn’t work. I’m exhausted from traveling so I think I’ll just take the room and deal with the rest the next day. The room smelled. It was hot. The curtain was hanging. And you had no hot water. I had to catch my breath and go back down for a refund and then Uber my way to sanity. The place NEEDS to be shut down and renovated. It’s disgusting."

" We checked in around 3:30pm. We went to our daughters graduation ceremony and when that was over we decided not to even spend the night and checked out around 10:30. This hotel was disgusting. The carpet was filthy. The bathroom was falling apart with cracked tiles in the shower and holes in the wall behind the toilet. There was a chair in the room that was dirty and all tattered. The room was also musty. The fact that we got charged $448 for this room is unbelievable. This should be rectified and we should be refunded our money and this property should be taken off your searches altogether as an option."

"Our rooms were okay except I had to kill a roach in the closet. The potatoes they used for breakfast were tasty for a free hotel breakfast."

"For my purposes, the kitchenette was well set up and I had a very comfortable bed and nice shower. I made use of the free laundry facility and the commissary had some nice treats (Ben and Jerry's mini cartons). Staff are very responsive. Weekly cleaning is reliable."

"The staff was extremely friendly! We stayed during the busy FSU and FAMU move-out and graduation weekend, and despite how hectic it was, the team never showed any stress. We interacted with three different staff shifts, and each one was just as welcoming and helpful as the last. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the rates were affordable, and the location was very convenient to both the universities and the interstate. I highly recommend staying here!"
