  • Spacious and modern with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this secure access 4th-floor unit is set up for easy living and the perfect getaway for the family holiday or with friends.

    Property features include leather sofas, flat-screen TVs, air-conditioning, modern furnishings, caesar stone kitchen benches, stainless steel appliances, and internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. With superb beach and channel views from every room and the wrap-around balcony, it will be hard to leave the unit. Sit back with your morning cuppa or after a long day and watch the surf rolling in the pelicans fishing, the dolphins playing or even the whales swimming past if you are lucky enough to stay during migration season. Park the car in the secure undercover car park and take a stroll into The Entrance town centre and all the amenities The Entrance has to offer: Cafes, Restaurants, Shopping Centre and more.

    With just a short walk to the patrolled beach and The Entrance Ocean pools or a walk in the opposite direction towards Blue Bay, Toowoon Bay and the beautiful beaches here on the Central Coast, you won't be short of choice for swimming or relaxing on the beach with a book.

    Approx 50m to the waterfront, 100m to the park and restaurants or 150m to the surf beach.

    The property is located just over an hours drive from Sydney, north via the M1 or Newcastle, south via the M1. If you wish to leave the car at home whilst on holidays, there are multiple buses available from town to access different parts of the Central Coast

Location was great, unit was filthy! Arrived to find cockroaches on floor, dirty hand & foot marks on walls, couldn’t see through the glass balustrade, outdoor furniture had to cleaned before we could sit or enjoy outside, one bed had makeup on the sheets & wasn’t just stained it was old makeup, beds were made but very messy also! U pay good money to stay in a location u expect more! Property owner needs to do a good revamp of their property

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Top location and awesome views. Apartment was comfortable and well-appointed. However, my prime consideration when searching for a place to stay was that it be well air conditioned as I'm a person who abhores humidity. This unit was advertised as air conditioned, which it was not. I found out on reading reviews after my stay that complaints about the air con go as far back as 4 months, yet unit was still being falsely advertised. We were refunded $20 pn but that is nothing more than a token gesture. As we were staying over a weekend, there was no contact with the agent to make other arrangements – I did call the electrical contractor for the unit: still waiting for his call back!! Had I been notified prior to our stay I would have made alternative arrangements. Absolute false advertising.

Beds, lounge etc very comfortable. Some minor repairs needed- power point in kitchen, shower roses in both bathrooms sprayed water everywhere but on your body, vanity in main bathroom struggled to drain.

Century 21 Holidays Terrible

Agent telling us the afternoon before we travel A/C on property is not working and gave us no other option. We paid a high premium specifically for the air con. The toilet was filthy dirty when we arrived at property. It was also obvious the air con never worked as the unit looked so worn out, this was not a temp issue. Raised all the issues with the agent, and she was not interested at all in helping and refused a suggested part refund for their major shortcomings. Very disappointing, will never consider coming back or dealing with Century 21 Holidays.

Excellent beach and channel views from balcony and most rooms. Pleased to see fantastic new double / single bed combo in second bedroom, really comfortable. Very clean unit and friendly staff in Century 21. Only negative, unfortunately air con broke down on our first day and wasn't repaired before our departure a weekly later - Hot during evenings but will be an easy fix. Totally recommend unit for couples or family, we hope to return in 2021.

Stayed here over Easter long weekend, great views. However, place was really dirty!!!! Stained carpet, glass doors filthy, balcony floor probably haven't been cleaned in months. Lounge room cushions were discussing!

great location, great views, but the place could do with a few improvements. Walls were marked, bedroom lamp not working, dusty in places. Went to use vacumn and I have to say that it had not been emptied in years!!. Pulled it apart , cleaned it so I could use it. One big minus for us was no fly screen doors, could not listen to the surf during the day or night as had to keep glass doors closed, apart from this, unit was great to stay in

Location and comfort of this unit was wonderful.

Our stay at this unit was spoiled my the lack of cleanliness of the appliances , pots , crockery and other item in the kicten . Everything had to be washed before using. We couldn't use the BBQ because it was could greasy and dirty. The sliding door in the second bedroom couldn't be opened due to being locked with a key that we didn't have. These issues along with others were forwarded to the real estate managing this property via email and phone and we are still waiting for a reply. The air conditioner leaked water and we had to wait in for serviceman to attend which cut into our holiday time. When we requested extension to our check out time to compensate for this we were denied.

Awesome view, fantastic location

My wife and two week baby stayed in this apartment and loved it. Like a home away from home. Plenty of space and it had everything we needed. Enjoyed checking out the surf from the balcony too.
