"Old cabin but very clean and comfortable. We had a choice of old or new cabin, were very happy with the old. Nice and roomy, could easily have stayed longer. Very picturesque, just a pity the weather was wet. Would definitely go back"

"I stayed in one of the en suite studios. It was a lovely set up with a fully equipped kitchen. The bungalow had an assigned parking spot right next to the door for easy unloading. Bed was excellent and what really won me over as the mattress was firm. Everywhere else I’ve stayed has had a soft mattress and my back has been paying the price. It was nice to get a comfortable night’s rest.
Under normal circumstances the location is excellent and might be great for birdwatching. Unfortunately, a controlled burn was taking place while I was visiting; consequently, the scenic Knoll Drive area (end of the peninsula) next door, and the footpath to town were closed. All the land across from the Holiday Park was burned and the smoke and ash got bad at times. This was obviously out of the Holiday Park‘s control.
I would absolutely stay here again."
"Centrally and well placed accommodation, which was great for a two night stay. Parking outside the room was very convenient. Room was clean and tidy with a comfy bed. Communication was good and entry to room was easy with instructions provided. Room would benefit from bedside rugs and swopping the long mirror and hanging rail over to make getting ready /drying hair easier. Lighting could be improved in the kitchenette area and the bathroom felt dated compared to rest of the room. That said we would recommend and would stay there again."
"A wonderful, well stocked and interesting house. Loved the decor, the games, music and well stocked kitchen. The grounds are fabulous for dogs. Ours loved to run round playing while we sat with a coffee on the veranda.A lovely area with lots to do. I would definitely stay again."

"Jim and Maria were wonderful hosts!! The goats were darling and the baby ones were so fun to cuddle with. The emus were amazing and so fun to feed. This was a wonderful location to see some of the giant trees of southwestern Australia. Thank you for a great stay "
