A wonderful year-round retreat with a warm, crackling wood fire and a big, romantic bath for luxurious soaks - blissful for couples, it’s also child-friendly with room for a comfy supervisor’s chair! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and baking enthusiasts. For bookworms, there’s a charming window seat and a little library to choose from. There are CDs and DVDs, and a selection of games that promises evenings of fun. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: All linen is supplied except beach towels. Fully fenced property for dogs, secure for medium - large size dogs only. Wooshwood does not have TV reception but there is a small TV & DVD player available. Dependent on your mobile service may not always have mobile access. Due to having a dam (water hole) plus stairs - split level (4 sets of 3 stairs mostly), this property is deemed unsuitable for adults who have mobility issues plus very young children. Satellite WiFi is available. \* Making of outside fires is strictly prohibited due to fire safety regulations. \* Strictly no Leavers/Schoolies bookings FIREWOOD NOTICE: Due to a State-wide firewood shortage, firewood will not be supplied during the warmer months November to April. The property is equipped with a reverse-cycle air conditioner ensuring you stay comfortable year-round. During the colder months (May–October), we do our best to provide enough firewood for two nights. You’re also welcome to bring your own dirt and bark free firewood or purchase firewood locally from hardware stores or petrol stations in Denmark. This approach helps protect local forests and complies with Western Australia’s biosecurity rules. PETS: Well behaved dogs are welcome & booking this property is automatic acceptance of the following Pet Policy. PET POLICY: Pet Fee of $80 per stay. The house is beautiful, with great attention to detail. There are plenty of lovely places inside and out to read, watch the birds, and relax. The kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you need for a 3 course gourmet dinner. The beds are very comfortable and the 2 bathrooms are well thought out with a wonderful bath-tub in the main bathroom.
