« We called earlier in the day to say we'd be a late arrival. Arrived, and lobby was dark and no one there. Called phone 500 many times for assistance. rang several times with no answer. Called in am. Spoke with gentleman, same as the day before. He apologized and accepted canceling reservation with refund. It's been 4 days since contact. Have not seen pending credit on card yet. Will keep following up on it. »

« The staff was friendly, but we didn't get room service any of the days we stayed (we were there 4 nights and did not ever have a do not disturb sign on the door). By the third day we were promised our room would get cleaned but it never did. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the pool was indoor and nice. »

« The staff was so kind! They helped us at every turn. They even sent someone to pick us and our luggage up when we were dropped off at the wrong hotel a few blocks away. This hotel is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. I am vegitarian and there was pleanty for me to eat! »
