"When i arrived to check in ...they said i didnt have reservation. I showed them confirmation and they stiil said ...i had no reservation!....but when i arrived the lobby had a terrible odor...long story short after the rod stewart show...i had to drive back to okc."

"I couldn't believe the desk chair in our room was leather but, was ripped and terribly worn. The wood flooring in the restroom in our room was loosecwhen walked on."

"They asked for a 100.00 deposit when we arrived. And I have yet to receive it back."

"The couch in my room had a big dip in it and it was very hard to get out of the hotel was clean, but it needed a lot of TLC. I asked when I got to the front desk if I could get a hotel room close to the main lobby or the elevator if we had to go on another floor and she told me no that my room was down by the exit door."

"we had a great time- we got there a little early and we called and they let us in early so that a was really nice of them- it was close to the Casino where the concerts were performing so that was great!! The property was so clean and cute and was perfect for us- we really enjoyed our time in Thackerville and we will be back!"
