Husband and I stayed for 7 nights. They clean room every 3 days. I wish every day. I want when I comes back to my room it’s made up.

Room looked like it hasnt been cleaned for weeks. Dust all over. Dry food on the desk/table. Dirty pillow covers. Sticky bathroom floor. Empty soap dispenser. Bad smell. Not a good expirience. Bed was comfortable though.

Was not greeted. Was asked with “yes?” When he finally looked up from the computer. No bed in a bag in room. Went down to get it myself and was told “that’s why I wanted you to look”. Rust on bathroom door. Bag of trash on floor by the elevator all night and into the morning. Pullout couch is basically a twin.

No ice machine I went to front desk the agent young lady asked about vending she told me they didn’t have that little did I know they actually did. She was very rude and needs training on how to be social and welcoming.

Very Nice but needs TLC to be Excellent
We had a nice stay and the front desk was very nice and efficient. Maintenance needs a kick in the pants. Find a good plumber so guests aren't standing in ankle deep water by the time they finish their shower. Yes we did have the drain open. Toilets and sinks run slow and need more water pressure. Otherwise everything else was top notch.

Find another stay
Five night stay, housekeeping only came in one of those days. I asked at desk twice and second time was told Marriott is no longer a full service hospitality. We asked for towels each night and emptied our own trash. First impression walking in was vanity top in bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in months as dust was covering it. We purchased our own Clorox wipes to clean bathroom and toilet. One morning went down stairs and found coffee spill in front of elevators on main floor. Not uncommon, however it remained for two full days before being mopped. Marriott/Fairfield are usually my first picks when traveling. This trip changes my opinion forever. I would suggest finding alternatives in Texarkana area.

So grateful for the service when we left an important electronic device behind. They called me to let me know before I realized it was missing and are helping print shipping label and send the package for us!

MY ROOM WAS LEFT WITHOUT TOILET PAPER OR TOWELS
I stayed there ask the staff for a room check with my garbage and towels and toilet paper came back the night with my family the room was left the same and to make it worst i complained to the night person they said when i leave to celebrate my birthday on th evening of the 31st of December I'll come back and he will deal with it and when i came back it was the same way the morning staff left it i have always love staying to this hotel FAIRFIELD IN TEXARKANA TEXAS NOW I AM SECOND GUESSING

Room was clean, but bathtub took forever to fill. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Very noisy room next store/we were in 208 and difficult to sleep as seemed poorly insulated. Kept us up good part of night.

We’ll continue to stay here.
The one bedroom suite gave us a lot of room to visit and enjoy company. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was nice and well stocked. My only complaint was the breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were wonderful, but the rest left a lot to be desired.

There were no luggage racks.we had to use a laundry cart to take our bags in. There was no toilet paper or Kleenex in the room. The clerk gave us toilet paper but they didn’t have Kleenex

The heat didn’t work so we were changed to another that didn’t have a working fridge. The heat went out in the new room on the second day. The shower would barely drain and it was freezing throughout the entire hotel. The receptionist was nice though.

When I arrived at 2:00 p.m. they told me I couldn't check until 3:00. So I left him and got something to eat when I came back at 3:00 they told me my room wasn't ready and they would check on it. 20 minutes later after they checked in everybody but me I had to demand someone help me. I just drove 10 hours across four states and was exhausted. I finally get a room which was amazing thanks to some young lady who helped me. My bed was comfy the room was clean it was wonderful. Except for the people above me literally jumping up and down on the floor for an hour straight so much for sleeping. Anyway that's not the hotels fault. I also got yelled at by the lady at breakfast who is putting out the buffet. Not the best stuff in the world. They surely don't know customer service. But the hotel and the food in The breakfast were great.

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast variety was good. The only issue that I had was that I did not sleep well the first night that I was there due to the heat/ac unit not working properly. I had to be moved to another room. Big inconvenience. Then I had an issue with an additional $110.00 being authorized to my card. The hotel staff is telling me that it is something on Expedia's end. It took 3 days to get those funds added back to my card. I would say that the hotel is very good other than the problem that I had on the first night and then the billing issue that I had to get resolved via my bank. I feel like something should've offered to me for all of two inconveniences that I have had related to this stay.

Average looking establishment Staff in general very polite and nice Rooms were clean , bed ok. The hallway had an odd smell. They had some sort of diffuser thing going on, may be that’s the smell. Bathrooms were ok. Didn’t have a lot of amenities, including the facial tissues. Some discoloration in the bathroom caulking.one of the Bathroom light was not working. Closet door was broken Decent Breakfast, included with the price. Bagel, waffle, toast , juice

Front desk agent was lovely, but over worked, trying to manage hotel by herself. Paid for a double bed room 3 days in advance but room was sold out. Given a king suite which was not satisfactory as we had 3 adults. Pull out bed was unsatisfactory. Also no nose tissue in room. Requested from front desk but hotel didn’t have any. Breakfast was good and ready at 6 AM.

Everything OK except: no kleenex, not even an empty box, Staff could not find any either. TV would not shut off, Staff bought up another remote and could not get it to shut off either. Finally just unplugged TV.
