"The personel is very friendly, especially in the restaurant. Their food also real good. The building is beautifull. The frontside, with a view is only for appartements i was told. I did not sleep well cause of an itchy bed, and a very, very noisey morning. This made it a bad excperience, feeling really tired before hiking the montblanc haha"

"Wonderful stay at Hotel L’Arboisie! Staff were very friendly and courteous. The services were excellent including the shuttle services that takes you to Megeve town and to the slopes. We had a room with a balcony and the views were spectacular. They also had a complimentary afternoon tea and cakes which was great. The hotel looks and feels luxurious and had amazing amenities. "The staff and employees are one of the best i see in my 25 years of traveling at the LHW and Relais Chateau Hotels all over the world. But unfortunately the shower not existing only a tab and that very small is hard to give the Hotel 5 stars. Also not having a Restaurant on location during summer is not good "

"I’ve been a Hotels.com member for over 15 years and have experienced a few disappointing stays, but this was the first time where the information on the site felt truly inaccurate from the start. Property looks great in photos, but the reality was very different and many important details were missing from the listing.Check‑in was polite but overwhelming, and several things we were told turned out to be incorrect. We were instructed to inspect the apartment on arrival and document issues, which felt unusual for a property presented at this level. We found scratches, a dirty counter, dog hair, and other signs the unit wasn’t properly prepared.Access to the apartment was inconvenient. Instead of a connected garage, we had to walk outside on completely unsalted, slippery paths while carrying luggage. The garage itself was extremely tight. Inside, the apartment looked nice, but the walls were thin and noise carried easily throughout the night. Several key details were not communicated: needing to scan a QR code for essential info, cleaning requirements before departure, scheduling a checkout inspection, reserving the sauna/gym, and the fact that no extra towels or toilet paper are provided. Reception was slow to respond, and our scheduled checkout walkthrough never happened.The stay might make sense for a full group of 8, but for fewer people the value simply wasn’t there. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not return at this price.Also, no kids allowed times"

"Spent a superb week in Praz over Christmas with 3 families. The chalet was superb and the online photos don’t do it justice. It was exceptionally well equipped, beautifully decorated, the fireplace was amazing and there was a Christmas tree! Sadly the snow wasn’t quite good enough to ski in/out but the lift is a 2 minute drive with excellent skiing, especially at higher level. Great stay with friends - a perfect venue - would definitely visit again!! "
